Privacy
We keep only what the site needs to work, to find errors and to keep it fast. We do not sell your data, and there are no ads, analytics services or third-party trackers.
Usage log
- Requests to the site's API: the time, your account id (or a random guest id), your plan, which function was called (for example "solve"), a short summary of its settings (such as stack size or board cards), the result status and how long it took.
- Page views, clicks, referrers and actions: the pages you open (and for how long), what you click and do, the messages the site shows you, and the site or link that brought you here, to detect abuse and bots, enforce fair play and fix errors. We never record what you type.
- Network and browser: your full IP address (see below), its network (e.g. 203.0.113.0/24), the browser name and version, and whether it is a phone.
Account and other data
- Account: your user name, or your e-mail address and Google account id if you sign in with Google; your password only as a salted hash; your plan and the invite code you used; your Telegram user id if you link Telegram.
- Sign-in sessions: the time of each sign-in and your IP address (see below), until the session ends (at most 30 days).
- Feedback you send: your message, the screenshot if you attach one, the page address, your browser and your IP address.
- Referral links: when you first open the site through someone's referral link, that link and your IP address.
- Your work: the spots you solve, your reports and the links you share.
- Fair play: when you agreed to the fair-play rules (the time and the wording version). The spots, boards and times of your calculations may be shared with a poker site that investigates a fair-play concern.
- Server log: a technical log of sign-ins and errors (e-mail addresses in it are shortened).
IP address: we store your full IP address with the records above (since 14 October 2026), together with a keyed hash of it and of its network. We use it for security, to prevent abuse and multiple accounts, and for fair play. It is kept as long as the record it belongs to (see "How long").
Cookies
Only functional cookies: your sign-in session (up to 30 days), a random guest id (1 year), an invite code you opened (up to 30 days) and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Services we use
- Amazon Web Services (USA): hosting, database and file storage.
- Google, only if you choose "Sign in with Google": we receive your e-mail address and account id.
- Telegram: feedback you send (including the screenshot and your user name) is forwarded to the site owner; if you link Telegram, the bot sees your Telegram account.
How long
The usage log, with its IP addresses, is kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Sign-in sessions, with their IP address, are deleted when they end (at most 30 days). Your account, feedback and referral records (with their IP addresses) and your work are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Questions
Ask the site owner (the person who invited you) to see or delete your data; we handle such requests by hand.
