Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms apply to ZenoSolver (zenosolver.com) and all Oleg Solvers sites and tools (olegsolvers.com and its subdomains). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Educational service
The service is for education and study only. It is not financial, gambling or professional advice. You alone are responsible for your decisions at the table.
2. Fair play
- Do not use the service during the game: no real-time assistance during a hand or a playing session.
- Respect the rules of every poker site, club and game you play in.
- Every account's requests are logged, including spots, boards and timestamps. If a poker site investigates a fair-play concern, these logs may be shared.
- Before your first calculation you confirm these rules once.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use bots, AI agents, scripts or any automated tool to browse, query or scrape the service or its content;
- copy, download in bulk, resell or redistribute strategies, ranges or other results;
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the solvers, models, data or source code;
- share your account, get around limits or invite codes, or interfere with the service or other users.
4. Accounts
We may limit, suspend or close any account that breaks these terms, at our discretion and without notice.
5. No warranty
The service and all results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and availability. Solver results are approximations and may contain errors.
6. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or its results. This includes gambling losses, lost profits, account actions by poker sites, and indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may change the service and these terms at any time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

9. Attribution
Live payout presets are derived from "A Dataset of Poker Tournaments" by Juho Kim (Carnegie Mellon University), Zenodo 2025, doi:10.5281/zenodo.15556775, licensed under CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Changes: payout tables were extracted, cleaned, normalised to percent of the prize pool and summarised into median shapes by field size. The "Online (approx.)" presets are not derived from the dataset.
